Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
Evantis Ltd | Policy Version 1.0 | May 2026
Our Commitment
Evantis Ltd is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our business relationships. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms, including forced labour, child labour, debt bondage, and human trafficking. We are committed to ensuring that such practices have no place within our business or our supply chain.
Our Business and Supply Chain
Evantis is a UK-based IT consulting and workforce transformation partner operating across the United Kingdom and Europe. We work with a small number of trusted subcontractors and remote delivery personnel, including team members based in India who provide specialist research, technical, and analytical support to our consulting practice.
We recognise that our global supply chain relationships carry an inherent responsibility to ensure that all individuals engaged in the delivery of our services are treated with dignity, fairness, and respect.
Our Policies and Controls
We manage the risk of modern slavery within our business and supply chain through the following measures:
Risk Assessment
We assess our exposure to modern slavery risk on an ongoing basis. As a small professional services business, we consider our overall risk to be low. However, we recognise that our offshore subcontracting arrangements require particular attention and we take active steps to ensure that all individuals working with us are engaged voluntarily, paid fairly, and treated with respect.
Training and Awareness
We ensure that all staff and key subcontractors are aware of the risks of modern slavery and understand their responsibilities in identifying and reporting concerns. This policy is communicated to all new employees and subcontractors at the point of engagement.
Responsibility
Overall responsibility for this policy and its implementation rests with the Managing Director of Evantis Ltd. This policy is reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in legislation, business structure, or supply chain relationships.
